We've been the people on the other end of this call since 2019.
A licensed immigration attorney. A former Designated School Officer. A university placement team. All built specifically for visa holders transitioning to F-1 — not general immigration, not general admissions.
Who actually works on your case.
The people actually working on your case.
Priya Ananth
Former international admissions officer at two R1 universities. Founded Noledg Edu after watching too many qualified candidates get bad advice from generalist firms.
Daniel Moreno, Esq.
AILA member. Licensed in New York and Texas. 12 years of immigration practice; supervises every filing that leaves Noledg Edu.
Ayaan Khan
Former Designated School Officer (DSO) at a SEVP-certified graduate school. Knows exactly what DSOs look for — because he was one.
Five principles we actually run by.
Honest probabilities over hopeful ones.
If your case is a 40% shot, we tell you. We'd rather lose the engagement than set you up for a surprise denial.
Every filing gets attorney eyes.
We don't run a paralegal mill. A licensed immigration attorney reviews and signs off on every I-539 and DS-160 we submit.
Free for you. Transparent about how we're paid.
Students pay us nothing. We're compensated by partner universities. We disclose on every recommendation which schools are paying partners — and we maintain non-paying options too.
Refuse the wrong cases.
We regularly refer candidates to other advisors when their situation isn't our specialty. Referrals have never cost us money in the long run.
Disclose what we can't do.
We're not a law firm. We don't represent you in court. We're consultants who work with attorneys — and we say so plainly.
Treat anxiety as data.
Everyone who calls us is anxious. Anxiety is signal, not noise: it tells us what to explain, what to decide, and where to be most careful.
The things we actively refuse.
- We will not guarantee approval. Anyone who does is lying.
- We will not advise on misrepresentation, document manipulation, or “creative” history.
- We will not take a case where we believe the probability of harm to you is higher than the probability of benefit.
- We will not accept a case if your timeline is so tight that filing would compromise quality.
- We will not hide which schools are paying partners or steer you toward a school that isn't the best fit for you.
